Service Use
Our laundry services are available to customers aged 18 years and above. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Laundry Handling
Makkah Laundry Aswath handles all garments with professional care and hygiene. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fabric wear, color fading, shrinkage, manufacturer defects, or issues resulting from incorrect or missing care labels.
Customers must inform us in advance of any delicate items or garments requiring special treatment at the time of pickup.
Separate Washing
Each customer’s laundry is processed in a separate load to maintain hygiene standards. Ihram garments and sensitive fabrics are always washed individually using gentle, perfume-free detergents.
While we use professional cleaning methods, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery times may vary based on location, traffic conditions, and service volume. Customers will be notified in the event of any delay.
Customers are expected to be available at the agreed pickup or delivery time. Missed appointments may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Laundry Weight and Pricing
Laundry is weighed after pickup at our facility. Final pricing is based on the actual weight and the selected service type.
By confirming an order, customers agree to the pricing communicated during order confirmation.
Lost or Missing Items
We take reasonable measures to track and return all garments. Any claim for missing or misplaced items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If compensation is applicable, it will be limited to a maximum of three times the washing cost of the affected item.
Payments
Payments must be made using the agreed method at the time of booking or delivery. Makkah Laundry Aswath does not store or process sensitive banking or card information on its servers.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are advised to check all garments at the time of delivery.
By using our services, you confirm that your laundry does not contain valuables, cash, or hazardous materials.
WhatsApp Communication
By contacting us via WhatsApp, you consent to receive service-related messages, including pickup confirmations, delivery updates, weight details, and customer support communications.
Service Refusal
Makkah Laundry Aswath reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misuse, inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or unsuitable laundry conditions.
